the location was very convenient, a short walk from the train station. luggage storage was available for early arrivals or late departures, helpful. breakfast included a nice selection. i appreciated the comfortable heating in the room and adequate bedding.

The staff were friendly and helpful. they arranged takeaway breakfast boxes for my early departure. customer service was certainly a highlight. I appreciated the assistance i received from the front desk.

I appreciated the superb location near the train station. This proximity made arrival and departure very easy. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were cute and the provided breakfast offered good value and convenience.
The bathroom was quite small and not properly maintained (some fixtures needed attention).

faulty air conditioningpoor soundproofing
The room i had was quite disappointing, to be honest. the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly. It was stuck on a low setting and the room felt stuffy. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise late into the night, and that really bothered me, especially since i wanted to sleep well.
